Meatless BBQ Alternatives


Char Grilled Burger

- Preparation Time: 10 minutes - Per Serve: 1260 kilojoules (305 calories). Protein 17g. Fat 14 g. Carbohydrate 28 g.
- Cooking Time: 10 minutes  
- Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Cook the burgers on a char grill.
2. At the same time, spray the vegetables with some olive oil cooking spray, and char grill until tender.
3. Finally, spray the cut side of the burger buns with a little oil and char grill until crisp.
4. Serve the burgers on buns, with the vegetables stacked on top.
*Serve with a sauce if desired


Salsa Salad

- Preparation Time: 5 minutes - Per Serve: 890 kilojoules (212 calories). Protein 11 g. Fat 2 g. Carbohydrate 37 g. Sodium 350 mg. Potassium 620 mg. Calcium 50 mg. Iron 3.1 mg. Fibre 11 g.
- Cooking Time: 0 minutes  
- Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together well. Serve chilled.
