Ingredients:
50 g baby Asian greens
50 g baby spinach
1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
50 g bocconcini, sliced
1⁄2 punnet strawberries, hulled and quartered
1⁄4 cup fresh basil, torn
Dressing
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
Instructions:
1. Place Asian greens, spinach, cucumber, bocconcini, strawberries and basil in a large salad bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Pour over the salad and serve immediately.
