2 Fruit Treats for the Family


Fruit* Kebabs

- Preparation Time: 10 minutes - Per Serve: 820 kJ (200 calories). Protein 9 g. Fat 9 g. Carbohydrate 20 g. Sodium 40 mg. Potassium 460 mg. Calcium 120 mg. Iron 1.2 mg. Fibre 5 g.
- Cooking Time: 0 minutes  
- Serves: 4

Ingredients:

*Any fruit in season and crushed nuts can be used for the kebabs

Instructions:

1. Thread pieces of fruit alternatively onto small skewers. Trim the sharp ends of the sticks with scissors.
2. Place the crushed peanuts onto plate; roll the fruit kebabs in peanuts.
3. Serve with bowl of fruit yoghurt for dipping.


Strawberry Pops

- Preparation Time: 10 minutes - Per Serve: Per serve: 460 kJ (110 calories). Protein 5 g. Fat 3 g. Carbohydrate 16 g. Sodium 60 mg. Potassium 330 mg. Calcium 70 mg. Iron 0.3 mg. Fibre 1 g.
- Freezing Time: few hours  
- Serves: 10

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Place fruit ingredients in a blender; blend.
2. Add yoghurt, So Good and bananas, blending until smooth.
3. Pour into plastic iceblock moulds and freeze.
