440 g Longa LifeTM Chickpea Burger
1 tablespoon olive oil
150 g hummus
6 wholemeal Lebanese bread
6 large lettuce leaves
3 tomatoes, sliced
1⁄2 small Spanish onion, sliced
1. Divide chickpea burger into 12 patties, about 3 centimetres in diameter. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a frypan and cook patties 2 minutes each side, or until golden brown.
3. Spread hummus on Lebanese bread. Place 2 patties topped with lettuce, tomato and onion in the centre of the bread. Roll up the bread.
