Bircher Muesli

- Per Serve: 1310 kilojoules (313 calories). Protein 9 g. Fat 12 g. Carbohydrate 39 g. Sodium 60 mg. Potassium 630 mg. Calcium 160 mg. Iron 2.1 mg. Fibre 6 g.
 
 

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Combine the apple, So Good and maple syrup in a large bowl.
2. Stir in the oats.
3. Cover and soak overnight in the fridge.
4. Preheat the oven to 170ºC (325ºF/gas 3).
5. Spread the almonds evenly on a baking tray and toast for 5-8 minutes, or until golden.
6. Before serving, stir the sultanas and toasted almonds into the oat mixture.
7. Drizzle with vanilla soy yoghurt and serve with blueberries.
