a B12 Treat for Vegetarians

- Preparation Time: 5 minutes - Per Serve: 940 kJ (220 cal). Protein 4 g. Fat 13 g. Carbohydrate 22 g. Sodium 109 mg. Potassium 159 mg. Calcium 57 mg. Iron 0.5 mg. Total sugars 16 g. Fibre 1 g.
- Cooking Time: 45 minutes  
- Serves: 12  

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Place dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Combine eggs, margarine and So Good™. Gradually add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients with a whisk. Mix well.
3. Pour into a lightly greased 19 cm square ovenproof dish.
5. Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 45 minutes or until set.
5. Serve* with fresh fruits such as passionfruit, lychees, raspberries and star fruit (carambola).

*Note, for a lower-fat version, replace vanilla So Good™ with two cups So Good Lite™ and 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla essence.
