- Preparation Time: 15 minutes - Per Serve: 280 kJ (65 cals). Protein 2 g. Fat 4 g. Saturated fat <1g. Carbohydrate 6g. Total sugars 1 g. Sodium 30 mg. Potassium 140 mg. Calcium 30 mg. Iron 0.4 mg. Fibre 1.3 g.
- Cooking Time: 5 minutes  
- Serves: 6  

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Soak rice vermicelli in boiling water until soft, rinse in cold water and drain.
2. Combine the vegetables, vermicelli, herbs and dressing ingredients.
3. Garnish with peanuts. Serve immediately.
