2 cups canned, sliced peaches
in natural juice, drained
Pulp from 2 large passionfruit
1 1/2 cups low-fat soymilk
(such as Sanitarium
So Good® Lite)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon linseed, ground
(Whole linseeds can be found
in health food stores and
some supermarkets. You
can grind linseeds using an
electric coffee grinder or buy
them in ground form.)
Instructions:
1. Puree all the ingredients in a
blender until you have a smooth,
thick shake.
2. Add slightly more honey for a
sweeter taste, if desired.
