- Preparation Time: 15 minutes - Per Serve: 860 kJ (205 calories). Protein 6 g. Fat 5 g. Carbohydrate 35 g. Sodium 60 mg. Potassium 320 mg. Calcium 90 mg. Iron 0.9 mg. Fibre 4 g.
- Cooking Time: 0 minutes  
- Serves: 6

Instructions:

1. Combine muesli, So Good, juice and honey in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. Just before serving, add apple, berries and yoghurt. Mix well.

3. Serve topped with extra fresh fruit.
