Biography:

Sue Radd is one of Australia's leading nutritionists and health communicators. She is founding director of the Nutrition and Wellbeing Clinic in Castle Hill, New South Wales, Australia, and has consulted to the food and pharmaceutical industries in product development, communications and nutrition policy in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK. She also advises law firms, providing expert nutrition reports for use in court cases. Recognised by her peers as an expert on plant foods and phytonutrients, Sue is co-author of the internationally published Eat to Live, which has also been translated into the Korean and French languages. In May 2010, she was awarded the Dietitians Association of Australia President's award for Innovation for her Culinary Medicine Cookshops. Within her action packed agenda, Sue enjoys travelling, taking scenic walks, playing with new gadgets, watching foreign films and cooking meals for friends.
